Painful red line in butt crack... Please be mature, i need a serious answer? My sister came to me today and asked if it was normal to have a painful dark red line in her butt crack.
She said it was extremely painful at the top of her butt.
i'm only pointing out that she is , (17 years old)
Is this normal?
Can i use something over the counter?
Or do i have to take her to the doctor? |

Try my method of controlled weight gain to improve the shape and thickness of you booty.
You’ll to start with muscle building exercises followed by a significant increase in calories to your diet along with protein and a vitamin called L-lysine to your diet. Lysine helps your body assimilate proteins so it’s great for building your glutes and since muscle is made of protein you'll need that to. You’ll have to take in the same amount of calories that you burn plus 100%.
So in other words if you burned 800 extra calories a day you'd need to take in that 800, plus 800 more to neutralize the burned calories. This will allow you a slight weight gain (how else is your booty going to fatten up). Every week you'll need to increase your calories by approximately 100 if you have a low to normal metabolism or more like 300 if you have a higher metabolism .the reason for this the fact that you gain muscle in the butt area and the muscles of the human body are very greedy and require a large amount calories for energy.
In Japan sumo wrestlers gain massive amounts of weight but are very strong because they gain the weight subcutaneously, this means under the skin not in the muscle. This same effect is what gives booties that awesome shake everyone likes. Start with the calories first a week two weeks before. Adding calories like, empty carbs like white bread and flour tortillas are cheap but also problematic because of the fact that you'll need to eat a lot of them. Let’s say the average slice of white bread has about100 calories, if that was the case you'd need to eat 8 to 12 slices of bread a day. I suggest going to you local GNC or its equivalent to look for weight gain products and then eating like normal this will allow precise control of your caloric intake but remember that your calories cause fat to store so you do need to eat some fat in your diet. They fit in your pocket and are worth 110 calories each so they're great for at school or work because you can get carbs without looking like a hog then when at home, eat how you want to eat. Then you'll need to work your butt real hard for like 12 weeks you should see a difference. If it works go 4-6 weeks off without the butt exercises but continue with half of your new calories and slowly work your way back to normal. Also continue to do abdominal exercises this is very important if want to keep your mid section toned. The new booty will stay if you keep your calories and only work out by toning.

You can't control which part of your body will grow when you purposely gain weight, so no, unless you don't want to be fat over the place, you can't just get a big butt
it's something you're either born with or born without, unless you're willing to compromise on the rest of your body |

yes, mothers usually are right. wait a year or two and your body will begin to fill out nicely. your chest will probably get bigger, as well as your butt, and you'll "be a woman."

| Excess calories are stored as fat. Depending on your gender and your genetics, fat will be stored where the body carries it most efficiently. Women tend to get excess fat on the hips and thighs, belly, and arms. Just as you can't target areas of the body for burning fat, you can't target where fat is deposited, and you can't "even it out" except by losing it. |

Mature people only. My butt is bleeding when i use the bathroom? Hi, i used the bathroom about an hour ago and and when i was wiping, the tissue was all red so i looked in the toilet and saw a lot of blood, not to mention some leaking down the front inside too. i am really freaked out cause this has never happend before. i got a doctors appointment next week so im just going to mention it to him. but i would really like to know what it is. i used the bathroom again like 10 min. ago and the same thing happend. when i took a shower just now i cleaned my but with soap and it burned really bad. could that mean its just external and not a internal problem? thanks to anyone who can help |
| it almost sounds like you have a burst hemorrhoid or a broken blood vessel, have you passed any hard fecal matters? This can cause it to bleed. I would get it checked out as soon as you can get it to a doctor. |

| Mine started at the beginning of puberty, around 11. It was very gradual, though it seemed to speed up when I was around 14 or 15. I'm 21 now, and it's been the same general size and shape for the last couple years. However, I do know some women who were skinny during their teens and started to get a bigger butt around 18-19. Changes after that are probably due less to hormones and more to weight gain and guybirth. |

| I have no idea why you would want a bigger butt. A small one, besides being less invasive and ugly, shows that you are fit. And you do need to mature, you are only 15. There is simply no way, besides plastic surgery, to increase your butt size without eating a lot and becoming overweight, though I cannot for the life of me imagine why anyone would want to do this. Be happy with what you've got - you're lucky! |
